Omani Halloween

Aside from the fact that it was a balmy 85 degrees for trick-or-treating, we had a very normal Halloween. TAISM has a yearly Fall Festival, where the kids trick-or-treat through the halls, play games, and run around. We did that on Wednesday night. Then, for Halloween, we made a trip to the embassy to haunt the halls and get more candy. Finally, we ended the evening over at TAISM where the staff who live on campus have a little party. While we weren't able carve a pumpkin this year--I just didn't get my act together to hunt for one--we were able to dress up, trick-or-treat, and watch It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. We have loved seeing everyone's pictures from the festivities Stateside.
